Huge open concept home that is amazing for larger groups that want the space to spread-out. The bedrooms are large and are tucked away for privacy. The master bedroom and bath are located on the first floor and are enormous. The mother-in-law suite is also on the first floor. This is a large space with its own kitchen, living and bathroom. It also has the foosball, pool table and the treadmill. There are four bedrooms on the second floor along with two full bathrooms. All rooms have ceiling fans and Smart TV's.

Amazing outdoor area that can be viewed from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Cook your burgers out on the Gas BBQ Grill while you and your friends are enjoying the pool and firepit area. We also have several lounge chairs for tanning. The pool can be heated From March to December at an extra cost of $150 per day with a two day minimum.

The home is centrally located and in a safe neighborhood which is just 15-20 minutes to Downtown Dallas. It is less than than 200 yards to Starbucks, Subway, Papa John's, Walgreens, Wells Fargo and more. Free and fast WiFi & parking for up to 12 vehicles.

Additional Rules
  1. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 10:00 pm Sunday to Thursday and midnight Friday and Saturday. Everyone must be inside by this time. If police are called or you are reported to be a disturbance by the neighbors you will forfeit your deposit and may be asked to immediately leave the property without reimbursement of the remaining nights on your reservation. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day. No loud music or music with explicit lyrics will be tolerated. 
  2. Be honest with your host. You must be 30 years old to book. Only the guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests or visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per person per day and you may be asked to leave the property for rule violations.
  3. Smoking inside the home or animals on the property are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. There will be a $500 charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or if the house smells like smoke/weed or having an animal on the property.
  4. Heating the pool is $150 per day with a two day minimum. 
  5. Parking is restricted to the property's garage and/or driveway. up to 10 vehicles.
  6. Checkout is mandatory at 11:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 11:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. We accommodate our arriving guests with a noon baggage drop so we can not do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests. Your cooperation is appreciated.
  7. Check out instructions: Take all trash out, start the dishwasher, turn off lights. Start a load of towels. Adjust thermostats AC to 75 heat 65.
  8. NEVER COVER/Tamper with the "Ring" Security doorbell cameras. Violation will result in loss of your deposit and possible immediate removal from the property with no refund. The security camera is there for everyone's protection. There are three cameras, front door, driveway, and backyard.
  9. Damaged comforters will be charged at a replacement cost of $100. Any stains, damages, or broken items will be billed accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
