An adjacent reading area for two leads to the light-filled kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast seating area, and all the equipment and utensils anyone would want to have for a wonderful evening dining at home. The living room is equipped with smart TV (AppleTV, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Disney+), and a Sonos sound system. The house has Wi-Fi throughout along with a state-of-the-art security system.
Upstairs features a include the master bedroom, with walk-in closet and a spacious en suite bathroom that has both shower and bathtub. An adjoining room has a generous-sized desk that makes it ideal as a work space, or another bedroom already equipped with two bunkbeds that would share the master bathroom. All rooms have shades and curtains to adjust volume of light and ensure privacy. There is also a full laundry room with washer/dryer and stocked with all necessary supplies.
This enchanting, cozy home has a front patio with a seated swing and new outdoor furniture, and a back yard space that features a fire pit and deck area with a gas-fired outdoor grill.
