Additional Rules
1. Please be honest with your host. You must be over 25 to book. Only guest on the reservation are allowed on the property unless prior arrangements are made with the host. Non-authorized guests/visitors are subject to a charge of $100 per day.
2. Smoking is allowed outside ONLY. There will be a $500 charge if there is evidence found of smoking inside or having an unauthorized animal on the property.
3. We must be mindful of the neighbors when outside. OUTDOOR QUITE TIME starts at 10 pm Sunday-Thursday and midnight on Friday and Saturday. Move the festivities inside. If police are called you are subject to forfeit all or part of your deposit. General respect for our neighbors is appreciated, even during the day.
4. Checkout is mandatory at 11:00 am. $50 for every 30 minutes after 11:00 am will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made with the host. We accommodate our arriving guest with a noon baggage drop so we can not do both late checkout and accommodate our arriving guests.
5. NEVER COVER/Tamper with the "Ring" Security doorbell camera. Violation will result in loss of your deposit and possible immediate removal from the property with no refund. The Ring security camera is there for everyone's protection. This is the only recording device on the premises.
6. There is a $150 charge per day (2 day minimum) to heat the pool and we must be notified one day prior to your arrival.
